  • Currently our clinical trial has no age limit for participants.

  • Our trial is only one month, so you can decide whether they want to continue treatment based on the result. Other trials usually last much longer, some are even 2-6 years. We believe our trial will show efficacy in a month.

  • Yes, we are currently implementing an Open-Label Extension for those who see benefits and wish to extend the time they are receiving treatments.

  • We like to think of it like this. Your body is like a car. When you use it a lot and never change the engine oil, it's going to cause all kinds of problems to the body. So TB006 is used to dissolve the build up in your body and cycle it out. So we can see the body condition get improved.

  • MMSE score lower than 24 is eligible. For other companies, a lot of trials only target very early stage patients with MMSE scores higher than 24, but we at Truebinding want to make sure we include everyone we can which is why we set the limit at 24.

  • Hypertension and diabetes are inclusive within our clinical trial.

  • While most trials exclude patients with cerebrovascular diseases, at Truebinding we do our best to make sure they are included. As long as the dementia is not caused by cerebrovascular disease they should be included.
